Bump's prenatal exercise methodology is a safe and effective program designed to support women in achieving a healthy pregnancy. We combine Pilates, low impact dance, gentle stretching and deep muscle activation.

Yoga for pregnant women

Come breathe and stretch properly with your child. Enjoy the moment. Find relaxation through meditation and breathing. Pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy are welcome. No previous yoga experience is required.

Yoga poses during pregnancy strengthen the muscles of the uterus and pelvis, improve circulation, aid digestion, strengthen and stretch the spine, relieve fatigue and tension, and exercise the internal organs. Yoga can also alleviate many common pregnancy discomforts such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.
